The Canton Tower is a tower located in Canton, China; 600 meters high. The tower is the second tallest structure in China after the Shanghai Tower and the sixth tallest structure in the world.

Canton Tower has weakened by oxidizing considerably. It is then that the glass in the tower yields and soon all the windows are broken. The only thing left of Canton Tower is its rusty metal skeleton.

The island of Hong Kong and its surrounding cities like Canton have begun to sink into the South China Sea. On rainier or windier days; Canton Tower is hit by waves. Water erosion and rust have caused the Canton Tower to swell from what has gained weight; because of this, the Canton Tower has begun to sink very slowly into the ground. This allows the Canton Tower to have more firmness; so the Canton Tower can last many years, however, the same lookout and the tower’s shape could destroy it. This is because the viewpoint has been greatly weakened, so it finally releases and falls into a 600-meter drop inside the Canton Tower. The vase shape of the tower means that the viewpoint reaches the middle part of the tower, the width of the viewpoint destroys the middle part of the tower. Therefore, the upper part, having no grip, falls into a vacuum; colliding with the bottom of the tower. All this means that in seconds the Canton Tower ends up making rusted metal remains on the ground; it will soon sink into the sea.
